Stabilization of the Federal funds Market

| Hi all! Are there any people here who know something about the Federal funds Market? I am thinking that there must be ways to further stabilize the market, but I am wondering what would be the best way to go about that. Do you know and can you give me your opinion? |

| What i would like to hear from you is, in which way do you see the Federal funds Market as being unstable, and thus in need of stabilisation? I feel that this is a system which operated in a perfectly normal and acceptable manner, without any problems. I am curious about your answer. |
