| Hi. I am looking into the buying of a property. As a person who is wheelchair bound I think that I might be entitled to receive Stamp Duty relief for disabled people. Can anyone tell me some more about how this all works? I have no idea as I am a first time buyer. Any advice would be extremely appreciated. Thanks in advance. |

| Why don't you contact the HM Customs and Revenue? I tried having a look at their website for you, but although they claim they have a list of all the groups that get relief, I haven't been able to get anywhere. The only thing that I did find out is that the relief goes only for a so called "residential property"... |
