I found the explanation of it so lifeless that I couldn’t decide whether it was a nice thing nor not nor what
I could do with it. It only made me to stop knowing the things I knew. That means that stamp duty are not
paid at least in some way and sometimes. Who would benefit it? Let anyone that went through this
tell me what it is.

To answer you the most important question you asked and make you take the rest colder –it is not good.
Have someone willing to pay 1/8 million pounds for the property you have and they would take three percent. Not very far from it - 1 percent. 1/4 of million 3 percent, even not two. And they go further. So if
you ever wished to give your money for some great goal you would give much more for something you would not
wish to give a penny. Is this why we feel so great anytime even if we do not think the cause of it –charity?
½ million 4 percent. This answers you but if you still hope that you can avoid it somehow or accept it by finer
understanding I am answering your second question. Why now and about the date. Before the date homes were
rarely more than two or seven thousand pounds. Now you cannot found one less than 1/8 million so you break the tax gate.
