I owe my own business here in EU France precisely and therefore I am not an US resident nor am the US citizen. I am actually doing some export-import business and I have very well developed business network with some US companies. And the thing is that I now have this idea on spreading my business beyond EU borders and am actually planning on opening an US office so I am curious now to hear some ideas on starting new business for non resident.
Why dont you refer to My US Company that is what I did at least for the same purpose involving starting a business for non resident? My US Company mediate in providing the services of this sort and currently I am in the middle of the process and so far I invested 89$ for setting up my corporation there in US which instantly provided me with my new companys EIN which I am suppose to use on opening my bank account and plus I also am provided with free Delaware agent just for the first year-and that would be quite enough. Ant this morning I also received my new corporation documents and everything seems to be so effective that I would always suggest this way on starting a new Business in US for non resident.
