| Hi. Please help me here, and if it can be quick even better. I have bought something from eBay but I have discovered that the goods are not what they were supposed to be. I want to stop payment to my Visa card if possible. I don't know if the money has come out yet, but I hope there is a chance to retrieve it. ANy comments are very welcome... |

| I am afraid you are too late already. I mean, surely the money has gone out of your Visa as soon as you made the payment? And the fact you say that the goods are not in order most likely means that you have already received them. Complaining to Ebay, I think, is the only realistic option you have. This problem has nothing to do with Visa. |
