I recently graduated from medical school and already started to work. But, my salary is nowhere near my debts and I heard somewhere that a possible solution may be student consolidation loan. I visited some institutions and it looks like every one of them offers different consolidation deals. What is your opinion on consolidating my loans?
I consolidated my student loan last year and I must admit that it was really helpful. It allows me to keep track of my debts and not to lose my head over not knowing how much and to whom I have to pay. There are many attempting deals at the market but you should choose one that suits your needs best. If you’re not currently in the best position you might consider loans with smaller payments. It is also good to consider lender’s policies, you don’t want to be sued for skipping one payment.
