First of all I have to mention that you are not allowed having stockholders if you choose to form an S-corp for you are not the US resident. Anyway I also was having a S-corp vs LLC problem and eventually I chose it to be S.corp for the taxes are about to be paid annually that is about income tax return but also I am obliged to pay applicable taxes upon each earning during the tax year. But since you are not the US resident you may also expect to be required some additional Federal filling requirements and it also depends upon the laws of your domain country.
