When I think of taxes, my first thought is related with the feeling of fear. I think that I am not the only one. Maybe it is because my parents had serious problems with them so I had bad memories from my childhood. I am planning to involve myself in some business activity and I would like to know more about taxes. To be precise my question concerns taxes for Nonprofit business. Can someone give me opinion on this matter?

First, I have to say that I understand your feeling about taxes, but I have to say that the only problem I had with taxes appeared when I did not paid them on time. That was my stupid mistake that I have never repeated again. My personally opinion is that when you own a non-profit business you have the ability to pay taxes at corporate rates. This is why you have advantages in the market. My advice to you is to hire an accountant that understand nonprofit matters and ask for assistance.
