I have rented out my mothers old house that I inherited when she died for five years already and so far everything has always been ok. Right now there are four students living in there and they have always been on time with the rent and are looking after the place well. However now they have contacted me that they are moving out in three days time. This is very annoying as I will have no income while looking for new ones. Is this allowed?

Hello there. I am afraid there is not much you can do about this. The students might be breaking your contract by leaving early though. If that is indeed the case at least you will be able to keep the deposit they left you when the moved in. You will have to work at finding new ones as soon as possible. I think it wont be so difficult Good luck.
