| Companies usually offers to compensate your damage from catastrophes but I think that for earthquake and flood you have to sign apart from basic contract. Policy covers exterior and interior damages. The first price is usually around $100,000 and higher. You should consider Real money value, replacement cost which is with no deduction for depreciation. For completely rebuilding you have warranted replacement price. For best you should do comparison, ask for three policy plans quotes at least. |
