| Hi. I have a car that I use mainly for work, though it is my own car. My employer recently promised to refund my car insurance. I was very happy about this until I realised that the refund was not yet forthcoming, which is when the happiness turned into anger. What should I do now? I am hoping someone can advise me! |

| That shouldn't be too difficult. Talk to your employer and remind them kindly that they were supposed to be refunding your car insurance payments. If they made an agreement, they should stick to it. But I think that in this case a nice and friendly conversation is much wiser than for example getting your trade union on to it. |
