| Business models is what I am interested in and I know quite a bit about them. There is no need to explain to me what business model is both formal and informal type, but there are still some things that I don’t know where to fit in. The process of business model design? How can I connect this with all that has been said so far about business models? |

| To be able to understand where this business model design fits in the big picture you need to make sure that you understand that there is a difference between strategy and operational level in any business organization. This is where you can fit in business models design. This is one part of business model that is fitted at the strategic level of any business and you should not mix this up with operating level of any sort. There is something else that is going wit the operational level of business. This is enough for beginning, because if I tell you to much you might get confused. |
