They refused my credit limit increase. They did it even politely. Like it would be wrong to be otherwise at this
point. I haven’t missed any obligation and I am going to talk to them on phone. Would it be sufficent just to say
what you need the money for?

Since they refused you ask them to accept you. You are much worthier to them with your account than without it
just make them see that you too see there are other credit cards also. They have no real rule they have a few
strategies and listen just when there is a talk about collapse.
