| Hi, I have a problem and I really need your help. I have been experiencing certain problems with my bank. I have missed couple of payments and now I am in trouble. That is the reason I need your advice. Can you give me tips on preventing foreclosure? Feel free to write down anything you might think up. Thank you all. |

| Hi, first of all I would like to say that I am sorry for your troubles. I know how serious money problems can be. Concerning your question about tips on preventing foreclosure I can say that you can try speaking with your lender. The best thing you can do is to be honest about your money problems and to ask about loan refinancing. |
