Transferring from sole proprietor to LTD company

| Hi people. I am currently working as a sole trader but I am thinking about transferring to LTD company. What steps do I need to make for this to happen. Also, is this complicated and if there is a better option then I hope you will advise me. Thank you in front for your help. Have a nice day. |

| Hello. There is no another way if you want to transfer from sole proprietor to LTD company. Your first business will cease to exist and you will start trading with new company. You will have to inform your bank and open new account. Also, you will have to inform Internal Revenue of this change. |
