| I have read an interesting article about New Your Stock Exchange and abc agreement. There are certain aspects of this agreement that I did not fully understood. That is why I would be very grateful if you could explain to me transferring the seat to another employee in the ABC agreement in simple words. Thanks. |

| Hi, unfortunately I have to admit that my knowledge about New York stock exchange comes mainly from the movie. I am not familiar with ABC agreement. However I am positive you will find the answer to your question if you search the net. But the better solution would be talking with an expert from this field. That is why you should speak with a broker about it. |
