| I have a small firm for five years. I have five employees. I never had any problems with my workers, but one of them is about to leave. I do not know what to do. I am trying to prevent contract termination. Can you tell me what can I do? Please write down anything you think. Every advice or just comment will mean a lot to me. |

| Hi, if you are trying to prevent contract termination you should talk to you employee and determine what is the problem and why he is leaving your firm. Perhaps he is not satisfied with the salary. Either way you have to talk wit him. Only this way you will be able to fix the problem. |
