My friend has this partner and recently they have decided to join their companies into one large ownership, they have calculated that somehow that is going to bring them more profit than joining into one company; even though that makes no sense... their businesses are not similar enough and I see no way to connect them... so this seemed more realistic. I would like your opinion on this thing; do you think that they have done well?

I think that they know what they are doing, I guess that both companies are getting some similar profit and that they have seen some benefits in act like that. Only issue is about trust, should they be careful about each other, should they check on another person’s accounts and if they are a long-time friends, than I think that it is a very nice idea.
