| I am a successor of a company and I am trying to figure out what is all that I will be in possession of. At firs I was thinking that everything that is in the range of this company is what will belong to the new owner, but then I realized that it is not as simple as this, so I am asking you what about uncapitalized par to equity? |

| If this uncapitalized part of equity is something that this company was using and now you think that you will continue to use it, then you are wrong. Maybe there is some agreement among these two sides on the way company is going to use it in return fro something else. I think that this is something that is very important and something that can’t be dealt just like that. I hope that you have a legal team on your side, because nobody here will be able to tell you something more unless they are really involved with the documentation that you have on you. |
