| Hello you all! In a recent discussion my friends and I were talking about credit cards. A particular area of concern was to make them address the public's main concerns. These are usually best reflected in peoples' FAQs. We come up with a number of them. But could you give us a few more examples? |

| Dear lonely heart! FAQs are normally intensively researched and carefully thought out. One wants to address the most obvious questions expected from prospective customers. But by the same token, one wants to avoid raising unnecessary or embarassing questions! In the credit card field, I would say the most common ones are: interest rates, repayment schedules and deadlines, penalties charged for late payment and grace periods for interest on outstanding transferred debit balances. |
