Hi there al of you, I’d like to know if there is a way to avoid paying VAT for a building. There have been some changes which made this avoidance a bit difficult and almost impossible, so I’m wandering if there’s any loophole left of which I’m not quite aware. I’d be grateful if I could get this extremely important information.

| I can’t tell you about the current regulations regarding VAT avoidance but I can tell you how I managed to avoid paying tax about 15 years ago. After that some other things happened and I closed my building company. First, since I knew that I was supposed to pay VAT when the building was completed according to its price and that in that time its price was completely unfamiliar, I was able to prolong the date of sale so that I could easily avoid paying the VAT completely due to the fact that VAT was supposed to be paid until three years of the building completion. Later, things got changed and giving part of the salary to the country made the business less profitable. |
