I am a beginner in the stock business. I am still learning how to handle with stocks. Day trading seems like the easiest way for newcomer without much experience. However, I have heard a colleague telling others that day trading is the same thing as gambling. Is there any simple and safe trading strategy for beginners like me?
If you are beginner, don't worry. The simplest strategy on the market will be to buy on a crash and sell on a boom. You should carefully watch the major indices. Concentrate yourself on high quality stocks. Try to buy the high quality stocks in phased manner. You should not put more than 10 of your total capital on any single stock. Don't go for more than five stocks at the same time. Buy stocks at the bottom prices possible. Now you should wait your turn for few days to get a price rise of at least 10 and then sell your stocks. You should set your stoploss level at 2 for the beginning. Remember losing is not so bad. Losing badly is bad. Happy trading!
