| When you face bankruptcy then there is not a lot of options that are laid in front of you. This is one place where you should strive not to be in, but if you are already there then there is just one choice that is standing in front of you. Voluntary versus involuntary bankruptcy and what do you think about it? |

| If this is the only options that you have in front of you, then you should try to make it voluntary. Voluntary still gives you an opportunity to make some decisions on your own. There are some smaller choices that you can count on when you go with the voluntary bankruptcy, but this is not always the choice that you have. When I was in a position to file for bankruptcy I did it on a voluntary bases and I know that I was very lucky to choice this option before involuntary. This is what I make out of all this and I hope it will be of some assistance for you. |
