Want to know more about endowment

| I am planning on purchasing endowment mortgage and I would greatly appreciate some general info on this. It is just that I came into a contact with a lender that is offering me a mortgage endowment-I am willing to buy a house by the way. Anyway I never considered any possibility of taking out some mortgage endowment though I was thinking about assessing some mortgage application in the near future. So I just want to know more about endowment mortgage. Thanks! |

| Well if I were you I would never deal with endowment mortgage. That is what I did and I was not happy with this mortgage opt at all. Anyway endowment mortgage is some sort of a policy and it increases each mount along with your mortgage paid offs. And also it is very common that these endowment mortgages are very changeable and it all depends on the stock market value so it may easily happened your monthly mortgage pay offs to increase along with this stock conditions. |
