Whar paper work I need when opening a Cafe?

| My brother and I are in progress of opening a cafe; it is located perfectly in place where there is no concurrency, it is a lovely space for redecorating and we have already started the entire job about functionality, so it is almost a certain thing. Only, what paper work do we have to deal with, when opening a Cafe? What problems may we have, perhaps? |

| Today I think that it is the most important for you to establish whether it is going to be a night club or some kind of daily working bar, there are several more options which you can take in consideration, but when you decide, there will be much less confusion about paper work. Those things are important because of taxes you’ll be obligated to pay and they can be really large. |
