What I need for home improvement loans?

| Thought that I’ve heard about everything, but than it happened that my friends gathered again talking about loans. I guess that we are in “those ages” where everybody is thinking about changes and moving further from our home town, so we, they mostly, like to talk about possibilities and options. One of them mentioned something called “home improvement loan” and that made me really curious. Is it some kind of a loan that you’ll get if you repair your home? |

| That is not correct. What I would like to say, you will get the loan if you use it in order to improve your home, which may lead you to building equity, but when you calculate it all in the end, gets quite the same. I don’t know, I am planning to earn money first and than to buy houses. It shouldn’t be that hard, people just love to exaggerate. |
