| Hello, I am planning to move with my family to a better neighborhood. That is why I want to sell my house. The house is beautiful but the only problem is that the school and park are far away. I have two young daughters and I want to live near school and park to make their life better. Can you tell me what I need to know about house selling? |

| You have to do a lot of research on the internet. You have to establish the prices of the houses in your neighborhood. It could help you determine your price. It would not be a bad idea to hire an estate agent. To be honest it is a best idea because it could make your life so much easier. |
