| Ever since I was a child, I was always trying to become a famous inventor. It has become my obsession. My mother was a little bit scared because I had conducted experiments every day. I have so many ideas and so many things I have created. I would like to know more about patens, and most important when the invention is patentable. Is there someone who can help me? |

Your story reminded me on my childhood. I was also pretending to be a famous inventor, and I was doing all kids of experiments. My mom was convinced that I would burn the house down. Therefore, I had to forget about my experiments. Your invention can be patentable if it meets conditions and some other substantive conditions to be granted. For example, it has to be new and original, it most be suited for patent protection and it has to be useful whether it is for fun or you can help someone with it. I hope that your invention is not for illegal purpose only because that is not patentable.
