| I am a shareholder in an LLC. The company is not doing so well. In all probability it will not last much longer. We are looking into the most effective way of folding up the business. It has some heavy debts to cope with too. What is the liquidating LLC? Is this the best option for us? |

Liquidation of your company is just one of the many options available. Personally I believe this should be used as a last resource only. You know, like the ejectable chair the pilot has on a plane. This option means the whole operation is beyond saving anyway. Please, consult your lawyer and don't do anything I wouldn't...  |
