| I have been doing some research on small business and the way it works. I would like some help regarding two things. First, I am interested in finding out what loan resume is, and what SBA means (small business administration). If anyone could give me any suggestions, that would be great. Thanks in advance. |

The concepts you are asking about are pretty closely connected. For example when you have small business and want to loan some money, there is this small business administration that decides about your loan. Loan resume will be an evidence of your eligibility of, and entitlement to the money you want to borrow.
