| I am about to start on my first business venture. The number of formalities to complete is quite scary. Among these, I am told I must register my business in order to obtain a business licencse. Friends tell me that without it, I may not start. Please tell me, is this correct? Why is it so important? |

| Do not worry! Yes it is important and yes it is compulsory! But to the contrary of what is widely believed, the Administration is not there solely for the purpose of being a nuisance! Registration of your business is like obtaining a birth certificate for it. It will then have an official existance, with the rights, privileges and obligations attached to this status. |
