Hi! I have been working for other companies for quite some time now. I have been a salesman, and since I have saved enough money, I would like to start a business of my own. I would also like that to be a online-based selling of various stuff, just like at eBay. However, I am not too experienced in creating websites, so I would like to know what skills I need in order to be able to make something like that.

There are several ways to create a website. One is by using simple computer programs to create at least a bit complex sites. However, that can only get you half the way, since creating a truly serious website requires knowledge of program languages like C++ or Delphi, which are practically the basis, along with HTML and Pearl. There are variations to these program languages, but learning these four should make you an expert in building websites, at least their structure. Then you will also need skills in various graphic programs, and some smaller animation programs. However, if you do not have enough time and nerves, you may order (from eBay, ironically), the set for building complex websites. It is not to expensive and is (they say) very efficient.
