| Recently I opened a grocery shop. I strongly believe it’s going to be an excellent business, I don’t even have competition. It’s a family business and I plan a strict monthly budget. Now, my wife and children are complaining I am too strict, that their wages are pitiful for the work they done. But otherwise it just can not fit to my budget. What should I do? |

| For God sake, you are underpaying your own family! What kind of man are you? Never the less, what kind of successive business is that, based on underpaying your staff? There is no better worker then one of your own family. Make some sensible monthly budget or admit your grocery is not such a good business after all. |
