| I've been involved in a multiple car accident last year. I thought that my insurance policy normally covers that. But when I inform them, they first told me I have to wait for a couple of days, and they will call me back. After a couple of days they called me and told me that they can't pay my damage. They don't know whose insurer should pay the damage because it was a multiple cars accident. I really do need some help about this. |

| If anybody has been involved in any kind of traffic accident, you will inevitably have to deal with your insurance company as well as the insurance agents of others involved in the accident. In multiple cars accident thing could look even more complicated. But you noticed I've said 'look'. For you the things are very simple and don't let them to assure in anything else. There are only two things that could concern you in that case. First you must be sure that your insurance policy covers for your kind of damage. And other stuff is that you are not late with paying your premium. If these two things are OK, then you have every right to claim money from them. I advise you to hire a lawyer and let them worry about your problem. |
