| I was thinking about taking a mortgage in order to do some repair work on my house. The only problem is that I have been changing many jobs last year and I am afraid that I will be refused. What do you think about my chances of getting a mortgage? I would really like to see your honest opinion about this matter. |

| You do not have to be afraid. I think that you can get the mortgage. There are many different types of mortgages with different terms and conditions. Your financial situation is not very good but you are not the only one. There are plenty of people in a similar situation. |

as long as your debt history is clear and your credit scores ok, i think you won't have any problem at all.
