| I am about to buy a mobile home with my boyfriend. We want to live together, but for now we cannot afford a house. We are very exited about it and we already know what type of a mobile home we would like to buy. I need your advice regarding some basic rights of mobile home owners. Thanks a lot. |

| Mobile homes are very practical and also affordable which makes them suitable especially for young people. Your house has to be stationed properly in order to make it a living place, and it also has to be your residential place. You also have to obtain a permission to pitch your home on a protected site. You will need a written agreement between you and the site owner and when you want to end that agreement you'll have to give the site owner one month notice. Protected site is licensed for usage as residential house. |
