| I am looking into setting up my own business with a friend of mine. We have the first step sorted - the business idea. Now we need a business plan. We want to do this ourselves, but that is proving to be a tricky task as it is not something we have done before. Do you have more experience and could you share it please? What are standard analasys that a business plan should include? |

| First of all I want to tell you that a business plan should be seen as something flexible, as a tool to clarify the needs and goals of the business you are intending on engaging in. If you are using the plan as a basis on which to access credit, it will need to include a detailed analysis of which costs are unavoidable and why, and also you need to show the ability to return the credit. |
