What are transfer limits with Online Banking ?

| Hi, can someone perhaps tell me how much I can transfer with online banking? What is the limit? I want to transfer $5,000 to another account. Is this possible? I do hope so as it is so much easier to do the whole thing online rather than going into a bank and all the hassle that comes with that. Thanks people. |

| Well, surely, that depends what bank you are with? My bank has a limit of $1000 daily, this obviously being due to security reasons. Just check on your bank's website, surely that is the easiest way. If you also have a limit of $1000 daily, you could of course transfer 5 times that amount, and you will have achieved your goal. But in that case, perhaps it is easier going into a bank after all. |
