| Hello there Michael. Buying a business is not an easy thing to do and there are many details you should pay attention to. I would point out two things. First is what business are you going to buy. You have to be sure that it is the business which will give you some profit. Then, you should be careful about your financial construction. Do you have money enough? Do you have some financial support? I guess that there are many things that can go wrong. Negotiations can be stuck because of some point, you’re not able to pay the price and similar.
