| Hello. Two months ago I started selling some items on Ebay and at first everything went well. But, recently I started to notice that there is one individual who’s always offering same stuff as I do. I’m not sure is this just a coincidence or some scam he’s planning. What should I do when I suspect possible Ebay scam? |

| It sounds like someone is really trying to put on a scam, but I’m not sure how he’s planning to do this. The first thing you should do is to verify that he is really doing this; it is possible that the two of you are independently offering same items without any scam in perspective. Pay more attention on what he’s really doing and wait until you’re positively sure that he’s trying to pull something illegal. If your conclusion after this is that it is most probably a scam, contact the eBay personnel, it is they duty to make sure that people are doing business in good will. If this is the case I believe that they will cancel his account and you’ll be able to keep on with your selling. |
