European option is the type of options that are exercised at the end of its life. These options are usually traded over the counter. I am not sure how these options are valued but they are easier to value then the American options. I am sure you will be able to find information about this on the internet.

Investing money in European option could be smart decision. Still, you need to consult with an expert about this matter. Making a final decision about investing money is very had and you need to consult with someone who deals with it on a daily base. This way you can know for sure that you choose a right move.

These options are similar to other options. The only difference is the exercised date. European option can only be exercised on their expiration date. These options are valued using the specific price of the underlying instruments. Also the good thing is that these options do not cost a lot. I hope I have helped you.
