What criteria are used to evaluate a loan request?

| I am afraid that I will be denied a loan request and I would like to be prepared for all this and the best way to be prepared is to know what I will have to loom for as a reason that I was denied. I hope that this is something that you can be of some help, because I don’t like to hear about this from the bank directly. |

| First of all you need to make sure that you are not all that pessimistic when it comes to loan decision. You can never know what will happen for sure. I hope that you are not that pessimistic about everything because I think that this is a very cruel world that we live in and you don’t need to make it a little bit darker place to live at all. The main reason why you can be denied a loan is that you don’t have all the required documentation that you were suppose to submit. This is the most common reason, but if you are sure that this is not your case, then it is possible that you don’t have something that you need to have. |
