Hello. I want to buy a property in the very near future and I have been thinking about buying at auction. As far as I have understood you could get some very, very nice deals if you buy at auction. BUT as I don not have ANY experience I really can't be sure. Please tell me what I need know before buying at auction.

What a very interesting discussion. I will just kick it off by giving you one tip. Before going to auction you should approach some mortgage lender with your plan. I say this as when you win an auction you are legally obliged to pay for the property. So as soon as you win you should have the mortgage papers all ready! Good luck.
