What do you think about customer service in banks?

| I am just wondering about your opinions. Personally I have a few accounts in different banks and with neither one I am impressed with the customer service. My employer, a small business, has good contact with the local branch. But that is only because the bank gets something out of that. What are your thoughts on the matter? |

| Hi. I am with the Alliance & Leicester. I swicthed to them from another bank last year, and I must say that I am extremely happy with my current account. I never really thought about the customer service... But I have to say I think it is very good. The account has won several awards and I am sure that customer service is better than in several other banks. Perhaps it is time for you to switch? |
