Making a target investment mix is my suggestion and such plan might give you a good profits. REIT is very important in the sense that it has the ability to lower any corporate taxes by as much as 90%. There are several conditions such a trust has to satisfy in order to achieve that goal, and they are mostly about what kind of shareholders it has, what kind of management and organization. I suggest you get a full list of conditions at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Real_estate_investment_trust#Qualification_2.

Any investment carries with it a risk in part. That is why you need to make sure everything goes as you plan, and that you make a good plan. You always need to have a good strategy, and one of these is ensuring the value of your portfolio. You also need to make a good calculation, and need to have correct info, or you would be in a lot of trouble. Private placement is actually something that is pretty usual in terms of securities you offer, but only those you did not register in SEC. It can tremendously improve your quick ratio.

Forecasting price trends is one of the most important tasks for you, and it seems to me that you definitely need to use positioning for such purposes.Price at time of delivery is a relatively complex notion. When you agree for a certain contract to be delivered, the price at the time of agreement may increase because of inflation, market insecurity, and is especially present at times of volatility. In that sense, REIT can definitely bring a lot of benefit because of the tax reduction it provides.
