What does supply chain business process integration involve?

| Hi to you all. Distribution problems have been a serious problem within our firm for a while now and we have now been advised to apply supply chain management and integrate this into the company. I have some questions about the process, and am frankly wondering what that all involves. Anyone? |

| It involves working out strategies and tactics to solve exactly those problems. What these will be are up to you – there is no one size fits all answer I am afraid. There are many possibilities as to how to solve this problem and you will need to look into all of them separately. |
