What event leads to momentarily debt repayment?

| Is it possible for a person to demand momentarily debt repayment? This thing happened to my friend and she came into this debt over some personal reasons. Some time ago they came to her house with a paper saying that dept has to be repaid or in several days they are going to start taking her stuff. What can she do? I don’t know why is the case like this, she borrowed money totally legally. I don’t know what happened; can you tell me what event leads to momentarily debt repayment? |

| It is complicated, there are many things which may lead to this, and one of them is if she had signed that kind of contract. She should be more careful while borrowing money in the future, if she ever gets the chance to actually participate in something like that again. You tell her to get a lawyer and to try to delay that action, if there is a possibility for doing that and, most probably, there is. |
