I am pretty sure that noting nice will happen if I skip a mortgage payment or tow, but I don’t know for sure how bad things will happen if something like this happens. And I just want tip hear from somebody who knows these things what is the worst thing that can happen to me. I am sure that something bad will happen if I skip one payment for my mortgage?
If you skip juts one, nothing all that bad will happen. You will get a notice that you have skipped one and that you are urged to pay it in the least amount of time. You should do what it says here, because this is all influencing your credit and you don’t want bad credit that is for sure. In case that this is just the start of your problems, then you should be counting on a much greater problem and this can all come down to you loosing your possessions I am sure you will not be this negligent.
