What happens if general partner has committed fraud in limited partnership?

| I need to talk to you about certain things, for example, something terrible might happen in my company… What happens if general partner has committed fraud in limited partnership? Can you tell me all the options that we could have? When I say “we” I am thinking about the company and ordinary employees in it. Do you have any idea what could happen further? |

| Like in every company, partnership, like in any business, there will be some action initiated, well, if anyone actually discovers that thing. Unfortunately, it happens quite a lot that some person discovers a fraud and all the others never hear about it, now you think about all the ways to pull that out. If you were that general partner… |
