| I have started my tenancy several months ago and the deal I made with my landlord was to pay monthly rates in addition to the obligatory deposit. However, he is out of state right now and I am not sure when he will be back. What can I do now, since I am not able to pay him regular monthly fee. Thanks in advance for any help. |

| There are landlords who go working elsewhere and leave the state. Still you are their tenant and there are two options you have available. The first one is to pay them through their bank account, which is perfectly legitimate and is an efficient way. Another option arises in the case they hire a real estate agency, in which case you will fulfill your obligations as a tenant through them. In any of the two cases, you should not be worried as long as you are paying every month. I hope this information helps you. |
